Solers – Rosso Toscano IGT 2011

Type: Red Category: Dry Denomination: IGT Grape variety: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Merlot
This Tuscan wine’s name originates from the Latin word meaning “ingenious,” and it’s a tribute to the genius of Leonardo da Vinci. This is a modern wine with a fresh taste, but it retains the typical features of a red Tuscan wine. It has excellent balance, a soft but decisive taste and a consistent bouquet with aromas of cherries and a touch of vanilla. The intense ruby red color with blue tints is a sign of the wine’s good longevity. This wine goes well with all dishes, as well as between courses. For best results, open this bottle two hours before drinking.
